[September 13, 2018] Beijing, China, Choicewell, a professional AV and weak current system solution and service provider, announced the formal delivery of a conference system upgrade project for Red Hat. 

Red Hat and Choicewell have been working together for many years. As the world’s leading open source solution provider, Red Hat has more than 85 branches/offices in 35 countries/regions around the world. In 2018, due to business expansion, it moved into Raycom Infotech Center. This time, Choicewell updated Red Hat China’s conference system and recreation space, including integrated video chat, intelligent conference management and plug-and-play features, to improve communication and efficiency of the office space.

The project adopted an “intelligent conference management system”, including the advanced conference management terminal, integrated automatic signal switching equipment, camera tracking system, public address system and central control system. All devices in the solution were simulated and tested prior to implementation to ensure seamless integration and a better user experience. The seminar room was large. To meet the needs of large - and medium-sized training sessions or meetings, Choicewell used movable partitions in this project, so that the customer could combine or divide spaces at any time. Sound insulation was applied, so that parallel meetings could be held without interference. In terms of space utilization, Choicewell equipped the original “recreation room” with a large screen TV, public address system and central control system, so that the space could be switched between recreation and office.

At present, the Red Hat project has been put into use, with equipment running well, and is widely recognized and trusted by customers.
