Job description

1. List out AV system configuration;

2. Prepare PPT for AV system schemes;

3. Prepare CAD drawings;

4. Communicate with colleagues in the Sales Department and provide technical support for the Sales Department; communicate with customers about their needs in the early stage, give reasonable suggestions and solutions according to their needs, support and assist in bidding projects, and prepare schemes;

5. Communicate with customers’ technical departments about their needs;

6. Communicate with product manufacturers or suppliers to provide suitable solutions or products;

7. Interpret, answer, prepare, acknowledge and accept tenders, explain solutions and answer questions;

8. Communicate with other departments in the company about technology, solutions, pricing and processes;

9. Hand in drawings and study them with other departments in the company, check and proofread as-built documents;

10.Prepare industry solutions, presentation materials, customer cases, peer analysis, etc.
