Pre-Sales AV Designer

1. List out AV system configuration;

2. Prepare PPT for AV system schemes;

3. Prepare CAD drawings;

4. Communicate with colleagues in the Sales Department and provide technical support for the Sales Department; communicate with customers about their needs in the early stage, give reasonable suggestions and solutions according to their needs, support and assist in bidding projects, and prepare schemes;

5. Communicate with customers’ technical departments about their needs;

6. Communicate with product manufacturers or suppliers to provide suitable solutions or products;

7. Interpret, answer, prepare, acknowledge and accept tenders, explain solutions and answer questions;

8. Communicate with other departments in the company about technology, solutions, pricing and processes;

9. Hand in drawings and study them with other departments in the company, check and proofread as-built documents;

10.Prepare industry solutions, presentation materials, customer cases, peer analysis, etc.

Graphic Designer

5. Be responsible for the company’s VI system building and extension, event KV creation;

6. With PPT beautification ability;

7. Design posters, brochures and event materials.

Delivery and O&M Engineer

1、 Participate in the design, deployment and implementation of project solutions, develop and implement O&M technical solutions;

2、 Be responsible for project building and deployment, management and maintenance, O&M monitoring;

3、 Establish and improve the monitoring system to ensure stable and continuous business operations;

4、Provide customers with all kinds of O&M consulting services and solutions, provide emergency response and technical support for all kinds of faults and accidents;

5、Design and develop efficient delivery, O&M platforms and tools to continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality;

6、 Sort out and refine users’ daily problems and needs, give regular feedback and promote improvement on problems in each project’s operating environment.

Product Director

1、 Be responsible for the company’s product demand collection, product planning, prototype output, version planning, and promotion of product evolution.

2、 Discuss product design and development with R&D, test, UI, marketing teams to create new products.

3、 Support communication on projects with customers, provide consulting, guidance and project design services to customers.

4、 Sort out and prepare product and industrial application information and documents;

5、Contact with industrial customers and eco-chain partners in early stages, work with other departments effectively to facilitate the application of products in various industries.
